Continuous sequence

Step through frames — approve each one before the next (regenerate · edit with a prompt · Reimagine)

On-set & action packs ≈ 4 stills; interviews make 1 (talking-head) or 3 (with inserts) — the Seedance prompt does the camera moves/cuts. Multiple packs run one after another; a continuous sequence continues the timeline (0:30, 1:00…).
